Right now the Dem primary looks like Feb 2015, not Feb 2016. Within a quarter Trump went from "that rich guy who came out of nowhere and is wasting his money" to head and shoulders above everyone else. It would be stupid to write off someone with Bloomberg's level of money, name recognition, and influence simply because he's late to the party.
