"Oh hey, you know Kobe might not have been a great person because he cheated on his wife before!" It's a holier than thou stance. You have never been in his position before to honestly prove how you would act in it. Kobe probably had thousands of the hottest women in the world throwing themselves at him over his status. Did he fuck up once? Did he fuck up thousands of times? Did he do the right thing every time and have a moment of weakness? I mean, who really the fuck knows. But, who knows what you would have done in that scenario either. Kobe probably wasn't a saint, but hardly seems like going hey Kobe wasn't perfect in regards to his death is gonna not come off as holier than thou either. You can do it if you want.
