But, over time, the voice acting, the behavior, the mannerisms... they've begun to strike me as remnants of the 2000s, an era where Sugar Ray's music didn't come across as try-hard, but rather simply served as anthem to an era. Dante is too cool for all of us, and in a way, he's too cool for his series. Water runs off a duck's back sometimes, and it caused a childhood icon to lose some of his luster.
