A core workout of: dumbell press followed by a super set of push ups Bent over rows Overhead press Planks Dips Each day also has like 3-4 extra lifts to work on certain muscles Monday-shoulders Wednesday-Chest Friday-Arms Deadlifts fit in on once a week on whatever day I have the energy to do them. --- PSN: Jiek ...
