But remember, what you eat is more important. About 60% is your diet. 40% is working out. Small sample of my diet Breakfast: 1/2 cup of steel cut oats. Sometimes with water, sometimes with unsweetened almond, or cashew milk. I mix it with a tsp of Flax seed, cinnamon, and 1/2 cup of blueberries. On the side, I have 2 egg whites, and 1 whole egg, with plain black coffee. Pre-Workout:Scoop of Organic Protein+Greens Post-Workout:Scoop of Organic Protein+Greens with 1/2 cup Blueberries or 1/2 of green banana Lunch: 8 oz boiled chicken, or Turkey with tbsp peanut butter. 2 cups basmati brown rice. 1 cup broccoli/cauliflower, with 3 egg whites. Or I make an omelete with 3 eggs whites, mushrooms, paprika, onions, green onions, and garlic. Use chili powder, tumeric, and black pepper for flavor. --- I'm not trying to be a hero.
