Xenozoa425 01/21/20 7:01:40 PM #16: | I'm getting back into it slowly after being lazy for a few months, so I do strength training 3 or 4 times a week and hopefully I can go 5x a week. I do an upper/lower split, and include abs on my lower body days. My sessions are usually 60-90 mins, and I try to do about 20-30 mins of cardio after each session. I generally like to go early morning, so that way I can train in an overnight fasted state and get better results. --- "Your flesh is a relic, a mere vessel.
