LampChop 01/21/20 6:29:47 PM #10: | 6 times a week. 90 minutes to 2 hours. 1 hour for lifting, 20-45 mins jogging. I do abs every other day. When I jog, I always hit 2-3+ miles AFTER lifting. No one should be lifting for more than an hour to 90 minutes. It's counter productive, unless you spend lots of time bsing, or cooling down, or on the juice. But by the end of it, you should feel completely spent. Don't jog for more than 45 min tops. 7th day, I rest. --- I'm not trying to be a hero. If you think I like this, you're crazy. ...
