Smackems 01/21/20 6:25:22 PM #8: | Just got done with my bicep/forearm workout. I do abs Monday, biceps/forearms Tuesday, shoulders Wednesday, legs and a tiny bit of back Thursday, chest and triceps Friday. Also run 3 times a week and walk the other 2. Used to also walk on Sunday but I cut that out. Been at it for about 3 years now. Recently began supersetting to cut down on time and that's been fun. I'm a caretaker (among other things) and do everything from home so I probably have more time to do it than the average person. --- Common sense is the most uncommon thing in the world-some dude. ...
