Guerrilla Soldier 01/21/20 6:23:24 PM #7: | i don't particularly enjoy having a routine. it not only makes it more of a chore, but i feel like my body has way more success when the workouts aren't scheduled. that said, when i do work out often, i usually do 3 or 4 times a week. each day focuses on a group or two groups specifically. days off between areas can vary from a few days to a couple weeks, even. i've gotten amazing results this way, way better than when it was routine. --- Disclaimer: There's a good chance the above post could be sarcasm.
