do you guys remember the burger king impossible burger fiasco?
BK went out of its way to please vegans and made a plant based burger with a special heme-ingredient to make it taste like meat. People liked it. So hardcore vegans had to find a reason to still feel victimized and investigated the cooking method and found out that BK didn't invest billions on dollars to repurpose ALL OF ITS KITCHENS so the veggie burgers were cooked in separate grills as if they were kosher food or something.
BOOM, BK gets sabotaged and forced to apologize and put a disclaimer basically saying that their impossible burger is "murder meat" too
If you cook on the same surface as meat without cleaning it, it's not vegetarian anymore because. That's common sense, what's hard to understand?
