TopicThe dungeons in A Link Between Worlds are terrible

1) The dungeons themselves are awesome

2) The dungeon order in LttP wasn't ordained either, since most of the DW dungeons don't require specific items tied to another dungeon or, when they do, it unlocks multiples at once (Titan's Mitt, Hammer). And, in the case of Turtle Rock, it's unlocked through an item that isn't even in a dungeon.

3) Why should the dungeon order matter? The only dungeon that should be completed last in LttP is Turtle Rock, because that's where Zelda is held captive. And Turtle Rock requires *multiple* items to beat it, since iirc you need the Hookshot to get over there, the Quake Medallion to open the entrance, a magic cane just to move into the dungeon, and the fire rod for an early puzzle. Not to mention that the original LoZ had some flexibility as well, and a few OoT dungeons weren't really tied to any order either.
