Well, there's a thing called compromise, and that's what an effective government runs on. There shouldn't need to be a supermajority of one party for anything to get passed. When Harry Reid was in charge of the Senate and the GOP was in control of the House, Reid tabled every single bill they put forward. There was no opportunity for discussion or compromise.

Whether that's happening again now with McConnell I could not say, but I would hope it is not the case. I know that the New Green Deal or whatever had no chance of even passing the democratic House because it's a completely idiotic and impossible bill to implement.

Both parties in Congress should be working together to find compromises. Trump has been doing a good job of actually doing that. He got the new budget passed by compromising with democrats.

So why cant Republicans just compromise and remove Trump from office after he clearly did illegal things?
