This destroys the biggest dynamic in a relationshop: Trust. Trust is what is most important, with one of my ex's, I noticed her getting more and more distant. This made me weary, and then I noticed she was texting one of her ex's constantly. I of course confronted her on the matter, for her to reveal that she is confused. So I told her that if you are feeling confused then I have to break up with her. She was shocked, I then further explained that I am not just "option". And she begged me to think on it, and I did, and remained steadfast with my decision. 1 day later, after breaking up with her, she immediately got back with her ex.
