It's either that or they are mistaking Diego Luna for a white person?

Actually Krennic is the only white, male character physically shown in that movie with any importance to the plot aside from Mads.

I never saw Rogue One as being a movie where we are necessarily supposed to LIKE the characters though. I felt it was meant to show us these people we don't necessarily like (except maybe the monk/buddy duo) and how they kind of redeem themselves via the sacrifices.

It has it's problems for sure but it tried something different compared to the others which I can appreciate. A couple of rewatches have me hold it in a bit higher esteem. And if anything the battle at the end is great.

Also Bodhi Rook is an amazing character. Riz Ahmed is like Mendelsohn to me. No matter what happens, I'll find their work compelling and fantastic. >_>
