She's limited in the sense that you can only pull for her during this banner. However, due to her being a 3-star by default and not a 4-star, her rates are better than a 4-star, plus you'll always be able to buy her destiny gems (to unlock memoir slots) using magia chips or destiny bottles after you pull her the first time, even beyond the time this event ends. So I thought to myself: "Since she has the rates of a 3-star and I only need to pull one copy of her to be able to max her out, I may as well try and get her, right? It'll only take a couple of 10-pulls, right? Her rates are high enough that I'll get her pretty quick, right?" Next thing I know, my entire stash of Madokami savings is completely gone and I've failed to get Uwasa Tsuruno after 155 pulls. I took the bait, and I lost it all. DO NOT TAKE THE BAIT. GACHA IS A SCARY THING.
