Being randomly forced into 100 hour weeks out of nowhere would be hellish, but going into an industry knowing you're going to have major overtime months is another thing entirely.the problem is they dont get payed much for the overtime and are forced into it or get fired and people have no choice but to put up with it cus they need the pay check --- 3 things 1. i am female 2. i havea msucle probelm its hard for me to typ well 3.*does her janpuu dance* ...
