that isn't healthy to do. need 2 meals (skipping breakfast is fine for most people) to function.

i do about 2 small meals/2 regular meals myself but that involves cutting my lunch in half.
I've done 2MAD and OMAD (with no snacks) for months with no issues, sometimes even fasting for 2 days, and I've never had any issues with my health or metabolism. Feeling hungry is not the same as being nutritionally deprived.

As long as the body is getting the nutrients it needs, you can fast for days and survive off of just one meal. The body can use stored fat for energy and can recycle proteins for cellular repair. You don't need to eat carbs to survive, they are nonessential, as the body can also create glucose from proteins and fats, most of which is reserved for the brain. The only things you do need daily are electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium), and the vitamins and trace mineral reserves are replenished with your meals.

It's much healthier, easier and sustainable to live off 2MAD/OMAD and no snacks with nutrient dense foods like eggs, meats, vegetables, nuts and seeds... than it is to be eating and snacking over a bunch of refined carbs multiple times throughout the day, every day. Those empty calories just get added to your waistline if you don't work off the quick energy that carbs provide.
