If you want the crispiest, thinnest pizza you've ever seen and you happen to be in the area of Fairfield County, CT stop by Colony Grille and Bar in Stamford, CT on Myrtle Ave.

I recommend a pepperoni, stingers, and hot oil despite my previous comment about oily toppings. They only make thin crust that a friend from out of town once described as a "giant cracker with pizza toppings", however they've been in business in one form or another since General George Washington acquired lodgings at the original inn that stood there for several nights.

They know their oven, it's considerably older than sliced bread, manned flight, the internal combustion engine, and the fucking telegraph.

It's not the most filling pizza, but I have yet to find anything like it anywhere else. A Stinger and a pitcher was the best hangover cure I've ever found. Don't even try going on a Friday or Saturday night unless you've got 2 hours to kill.
