FULL COLONS! ARV IS THE RULE!!!!!! and besides arvs just complaining to complain. if arv thought what was fair is fair then arv would be fine with it. arv has a good head on his shoulders and knows when credits due. arv can't flat out say he's getting the promotion that is only up to the people giving it to arv. but the last person they gave the promotion to only lasted 5 months before they decided they hated and forced them out. and arv deserves to be criticized. but don't tell arv how great he is and stuff if thats not how they really feel. they need to be like "arv this is what you need to improve on" but they don't there like arv your the best they have. how is that the truth. arv feels like hes being lied to and manipulated --- Things are about to get arvified ...
