its a real bummer. arv lost out to someone who has been there for 4 months and arv has been there for about 5 years(they also tell arv to help train them). they tell arv it isnt about the money. while driving home in new cars. they think arv is a lifer and will know his place!!! once arv jumps ship! hopefully in shallow water cause arv isnt a very good swimmer! Arv will rise up and be more wealthy then them! and not acknowledge them!!!

in the end its not arvs decision. but arv feels like he deserves it over someone he has to train that wanted the same spot..arv doesnt know anyone that would be comfortable with that. if arv came into a new job arv wouldnt expect to get promoted before someone who's been there for a lot longer. arv feels alittle stood up because arv was told he'd more than likely get it by the higher powers. is arv mad no.. is arv disappointed yes. does arv have the right to complain? probably not. but is arv going to complain 100% till arv settles down

The only time Arv should get stood up is if Arv doesnt show up on his date!!!!! Arvs pumped!!! Arv might not be making a million dollars but Arv feels like a million bucks!!!

well heres the thing arv was told theres 2 more spots available. so arv flat out said so your telling arv that theres 2 more times arvs not going to get it. because arv was already promised once so what makes arv think hes going to get to get the other. arvs done being naive!!!

They didn't promise anything, they said "I" promised, but who's he? Not in recruitment, that's for sure.

arv read the rules of gamefaqs. no where does it say arv has to use all his periods use all his commas quotation marks semi colons!!! FULL COLONS! ARV IS THE RULE!!!!!! and besides arvs just complaining to complain. if arv thought what was fair is fair then arv would be fine with it. arv has a good head on his shoulders and knows when credits due. arv can't flat out say he's getting the promotion that is only up to the people giving it to arv. but the last person they gave the promotion to only lasted 5 months before they decided they hated and forced them out. and arv deserves to be criticized. but don't tell arv how great he is and stuff if thats not how they really feel. they need to be like "arv this is what you need to improve on" but they don't there like arv your the best they have. how is that the truth. arv feels like hes being lied to and manipulated

arv went out for a drive and had time to collect his thoughts and think rationally. arv doesnt hate anyone they are still arvs friends. Arvs just being sour and butt hurt about the situation so far atm. When that feeling goes away arv will be good to go. Maybe at a business stand point arv isnt the answer. Maybe there is something better for arv maybe there isnt. but holding a grudge isnt the way. arvs hero tom brady wasnt the first pick of the litter and has a ton of people who hate him.. arv isnt the first pick and arv has tons of people who hate him! tom bradys good looking arvs good looking tom brady is good with the ladies arvs good with the ladies.. tom brady has a lot of money arv has a lot of......wait a gosh darn minute!
