If people still wanna wonder at least it's more on them at that point Plus I don't know that I've ever seen a situation where withholding a mayor claim had some cool effect. Though once I was a unique mayor role who was banned from claiming mayor. That just ended up getting kinda misplayed and it didn't end well for town so whatever.
