And you can use the water analogy, because it still works. So how about you zip it? This topic is about a McDonald's food product, aka, fast food. Considering that one chicken sandwich is over 50% of the recommended daily sodium intake, it's a high sodium food. Add french fries and in one meal you've eaten all the sodium you should for the day. Not drinking a healthy amount of water daily, makes that level of sodium intake worse. As far as the water analogy goes, the only non- drowning water related deaths, are extremely rare, while health problems related to high sodium diets are extremely common.
