First, yes, I went to taco bell. No, I didn't want the food, I wanted the sauces, so I got a taco (soft/beef/fresca style) and a bunch of sauces.

The woman working at the counter......started going on about her life, that she hit menopause, didn't know anyone in town etc. I'm pretty sure my eyes got pretty wide after she started going on about personal stuff. I didn't even reply much because I was a bit shocked.

I'm not sure what about my appearance made her think she should hit on me, and honestly I really don't know anyone who would do that while actually working (it's not like you can/should hit on someone at their job). I was polite but she got the message I was not interested as other then just saying a few words here or there, I didn't contribute to the conversation and I backed out as fast as I could.

Now, mind you, I am absolutely horrible at telling when someone is flirting with me, but this wasn't exactly flirting, it was more like hitting me repeatedly over the head with a hammer and trying to get me to ask her out. It was crazy, totally unexpected and really bad timing lol.

Maybe on another day I would have actually gotten to know her etc, but today I was still up (at like 3pm) because my insurance changed carriers and I have to get my doctor to call in my perscriptions (I was out of 3 of them) and go to Safeway to get them. I called in the morning asap, but it took till after 1pm for the doctor to call them in, and then they said it would take them an hour to fill it.

I was exhausted, dead on my feat, barely combed my hair and had to look like the walking dead, so not sure why ANYONE would hit on me normally anyway, but especially today. I had no energy and no desire to socialize at all, which is kinda sad, cause I could really use more friends in the area (she was older but in good shape and who knows maybe we could have eventually dated even, she obviously was interested in that).

Anyway, it was seriously strange. Honestly i'm not really at a point in my life where I could date, but...friends....might have been nice. I was just too shocked to be honest.
