Interestingly enough, the list of characters with a sprite who don't testify or have a psyche lock is still short. Winston Payne, Marvin Grossberg, Penny Nichols, Manfred von Karma, Franziska von Karma, Turner Grey, Director Hotti, Max Galactica, Regina Berry, Godot, Desiree DeLite, Elise Deauxnim, and both Judges. Both von Karmas and the Judge get covered in the Edgeworth games, Grey and Deauxnim are victims, and Desiree does appear at the witness stand, though no testifying. You still missed Regina Berry as an answer to "someone who does not play a role in court or have a psyche-lock."
