As far if it's right or wrong? It's not wrong for them to be together, but.....they should adopt, not have kids of their own, even an additional 3% chance is bad, and without doing research I would imagine that ressessive genes might be bad as well, meaning future generations of theirs (Their children's children) might end up with issues. At most they should just have her eggs fertilized by a donors sperm and have him get a VAS, to ensure no kids by accident.
