I know females who say they didn't really feel a difference between the two. And most differences probably come from how the person is during sex rather than whether the penis is circumcised or not. Also, when talking about natural lubricant, that doesn't matter much if a condom is worn. And even in bareback sex, I know many uncut guys who still have to use extra lube when having anal sex. So, it's possible it might not have much to do with sex in a lot of cases...
