During an erect state, the foreskin retracts, meaning it has no bearing on dick size. The foreskin can sometimes make it look larger in a flaccid state. But that's about it. And most people who see it flaccid would probably know that... That's if you just measure length, which would be stupid. It adds to girth, which is actually more important. --- ...
