Togetic's nature actually makes his best base stat grow faster but he'll be weaker to physical attacks as a result. Still usable. Onix is bad, especially if you eventually get Steelix. His nature raises Speed growth and lowers Defense growth, but Steelix's defense is his best stat and speed is his worst. Onix and Steelix just suck in general though.
