Topic	after using mechanical keyboard for a year i find them overrated

Something type intensive like competitive starcraft i can see the advantage in the latency and both the sensory input from the human. From what I've read, blue and brown switches are for typing and reds are for gaming. I have a nice $90 keyboard with blue switches. It's nice and it's fun to type on but like you said, it's not some nirvana like some people act like. Blue switches don't mean cheap. Switches are based on preference, not price/quality. Also I bought some o rings for $10 and put them on my key caps. You should really look into them.
