Ah i have the blue switch that explain the noise. Probably cos i picked the cheapest one i can get.

I mean it is not bad. It feels better than membrane, but people hyped it up like you're in a typing nirvana and using gilded treasure crafted by the gods but it is like 30% improvement with sometimes twice or more the price.

But then again the type of games i play factor too. Mostly play slow games like rpg and while i do play action games i mostly use controller for games like dmc v or dark souls.

Something type intensive like competitive starcraft i can see the advantage in the latency and both the sensory input from the human.
From what I've read, blue and brown switches are for typing and reds are for gaming. I have a nice $90 keyboard with blue switches. It's nice and it's fun to type on but like you said, it's not some nirvana like some people act like. Blue switches don't mean cheap. Switches are based on preference, not price/quality.

Also I bought some o rings for $10 and put them on my key caps. You should really look into them. They give you the great click of blues without the clack that you hear when pressing the keys all the way down(bottoming out).
