Which is probably why people are still allowed to do it... By current law, no it doesn't but in my opinion baby circumcision is a barbaric act to do to ones child. Would I be in favor in making it law not to allow baby circumcision? You bet I would. This isn't something minor, this is a permenant removal of a skin part that can't grow back. --- DI MOLTO!
