Topic	Instead of prison why don't we send criminals to military style boot camps

I think taking the non-violent offenders and giving them something more productive to do. Like the occasional crews of fugitives you'll see picking up litter. Maybe, offer reduced sentences for certain jobs. Obviously some foreseeable issues, like government trying to maintain a certain population incarcerated for the work they're doing. Idk solve the energy crisis.
