The coccyx doesn't do much, but strengthening the muscles around it would likely reduce pain / discomfort in the area. Learn to squat / deadlift for starters.

Ya, I do tons of squats - my glutes are amazo, but the coccyx isn't attached to the glutes AFAIK - so IDK what nerve it's squeezin' on
