You are only allowed to review specific calls and those specific ones. The only place I have ever seen where a whole play is under review for a review is in the NBA when they review to see if someone was in the restricted area... Which I think that is a bullshit rule personally. Lol. But, yeah, that couldn't be called there on that review.
