Topic	Someone on the internet (AVGN) said it's illegal to collect rainwater in the US

'cuz I was legit thinking it was weird to not be allowed to collect rainwater while ALSO being allowed to have a swimming pool. Well it wasn't until recently when a lot of western states basically said 'no water collection full stop.' Because rainwater apparently belonged to people with water rights.
