TopicIs there a truck that has room for 4 car seats?

My truck has room enough to seat 6. Front and back bench seats can hold driver and passenger comfortably up front (with space in the middle to squeeze an extra person in slightly less comfortably), with three in the back (and minimal middle hump so it's not a problem for footroom).

It's actually better than my car - that only has bucket seats up front and a bench seat in back, for 5 seats (but the middle back seat is basically a write-off because it's on the center hump, so it's terrible for anyone other than small children).

My old truck could seat 4, sort of - it had driver and passenger bucket seats and two jumper seats behind them that could fold down out of the side. So if you wanted to squeeze kids or small people in (or just didn't care how uncomfortable larger people are going to be), you could - though the jumper seats sit sideways, so that might be an issue for injury if there was an accident.

It's called an extended cab. They're awesome, even if the gas mileage usually isn't.

My mileage is actually pretty good. Better than you'd expect, honestly.
