You don't even know. There was a girl who use to work here. She was a little strange and she clearly had some mental/personal issues. But she was a good worker.
There was a group of guys that would bully and harass her because she would tell them to get off their ass and help her. One of the things they would mess with her about was her age, which she was secretive about. They asked one of the supervisors for that information and started bugging her over that.

So, like, I thought this whole thing was dumb and went to the manager at the time about it and I advised the girl to talk to management too. Now get this, one of the supervisors told the guys who were messing with her what she said and they started going at her even harder.
It got so bad that she started drinking on the job and got wrote up for it. She eventually quit one day.

Now I'm pissed and I'm asking my supervisor how in the world they let that happen? I've told her multiple times what that girl was going through. But she would just keep going on about how the girl got caught drinking, and I'm explaing to her that A. This was going on before that. B. Yeah, she wasn't suppose to drink, but what do people do when they're stressed out? And C. How does her drinking somehow negate what these dudes were doing to her?

But I'm pretty sure this manager only ever understood half of the things I would tell her. English wasn't her first language.
She then went on to get promoted to a better job somewhere in California, which is some bullshit because she was awful at her job.
