I've had a previous incident earlier in the year involving some jackass that tried to steal my shit. And when I took my belonging back and confronted him about it, he made threats.
So I documented everything about the incident. Wrote down what he said, date, time, got HR involved, etc.

He admitted taking my thing but he claimed it was a "joke" and so they "suspended" him for two weeks, but they couldn't terminate him because there was no proof that he made the threats, even though others did witness it (and won'tt say anything) because these fucks here take up for each other. Did I mention he got paid for his time off? He also quit on the spot one day after arguing with a manager for something unrelated.

I've seen worse stuff happen to other people here though. Folks literally getting bullied out of this place by particular groups of people and the management not doing shit when they go to them.
