I think it would be no reproduction normally. But when there's a big dip in the population, have people all pop one out or something... Zeus posted... The implication being that we shouldn't do positive things because they could have a downside. If humanity kept that attitude, humans would only live to about 30 or 40 and have QoLs worse than most third-world nations. I don't think he's saying not to do it.
