Every month they award each person covered a set amount of MREs and water bottles. Or nutraloaf. Its a completely balanced meal nutritionally. They give it to inmates in segregation that keep being a problem in seg. I laugh cause they say its not a punishment but a means of modyifing behavior which as far as im aware is exactly what a punishment is for --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!"
