Topic	Why does the goverment not want poors to buy hot food with snap money

You can't combat human nature like this without hurting more people than you're helping. Ive already said I dont really care. As long as they are getting fed. Bugs me when people who don't need it get it and it bugs me when people become content with living like that but what can i do to stop them? Honestly if money wasnt a issue the way id want welfare (not food stamps but close enough) to be where they make you take a aptitude test and based on what kinda work they think you can do they try to find something for you to do even ifs just cleaning litter off the streets.
