The worst case is that you just take the new job anyways, but there's a chance you could stay at your comfortable spot and still get the raise. That said, I think people massively undervalue moving to a new company. Comfort is nice but that's not how you advance in your career. Plus, you picked your current place without knowing how it would be, and ended up liking it a lot.
