Cueto starts by railing against Panth for a bit, before creepy music and lights cut him off! Is this our mysterious interloper again? There's a bunch of hoopla, but nothing really happens, and Cueto grabs the mic. Whoever's been screwing with his show and his talent, they've done a good job, but he's not going to let them continue! B8WL isn't gonna be kicked around by somebody who can't even show their face! -Cueto is backstage with @eaedwards6400 . Eaed has really been on a cold streak lately, but the fans are behind him nonetheless. Everybody loves a good underdog, right? That's why Cueto is going to keep putting Eaed in matches he'll never win! -Match: Eaed v. King @Maniac64 Maniac has already made short work of his former partner, so this does indeed look like it'll be another long night fo-ROLLUP! 1.....2.....3! Winner: Eaed -Eaed is tired of being told he's a loser! A few weeks ago, he fought Flair to a double DQ, and last week, Flair needed cheap shots and chair shots to beat him! Eaed wants one more shot at him! -Miz is backstage, thinking about the world title picture. He's gotta find somebody that can stop those underhanded Knights Radiant before they kill the ratings! -Match: @Strife2 and @MajinZidane v. Knights Radiant (B8WL Champ @Korayashi and Zangief) This went poorly for the faces last week, but will removing Maniac and David change the dynamic? It looks like it, as Boko and Strife somehow manage to gel as a team and control the opening portions. Tags are made in and out, but Boko goes to the well one too many times, gets a massive powerbomb from Zangief, and that's it. Winners: Zangief and Kora -Man, Kora didn't even have to tag in that match! Afterwards, YMD's music hits, and out comes M. Bison! He is as impressed as ever with Zangief's power. He proposes that YMD and the Knights stay out of each other's way, and with their combined power, can carve up B8WL between them and rule in harmony. Think about it. Zangief seems for it, at least. -Match: Rock v. Flair It's Rock's first match since being taken out by injury, and it's against the man that put him on the shelf! Fans are fired up, and so is Rocky. It's a back and forth brawl, spilling in and out of the ring. Rock catches Flair with the Sharpshooter! With all of Flair's technical skill, he's trapped in the middle of the ring, and none of his tricks are working.....he has no choice but to tap! Winner: Rock -Flair cuts an angry promo, but is interrupted by Rock advising to practice silence and self-awareness. This does not improve the vet's mood. @IhatethisCPU -Match: Cena and ECHO v. YMD (UCA Champ Bang and @XIII_rocks ) YMD tries to bumrush Cena while he works the crowd, but are stopped by Rock and @ScareChan (and ECHO actually bothering to pay attention). ECHO runs into a spot of difficulty as they get out-cheated by their nemesis Bang, but a hot tag to Cena and the ref eventually waking up halts YMD's momentum. After a bit more back-and-forth, it comes back around to Bang v. ECHO, and Bang just plain seems to have the android's number. ECHO fights valiantly, but XIII is a lot quicker to interject himself than Cena, and soon the heel team puts away the ragtag faces. Rock pats Cena on the back as they disperse. Winners: Bang and XIII -Panth (who doesn't show up in the tags anymore D:) and Bryan are feeling good about their match tonight! Instead of the skeezy Cueto running the show, their match has a special guest referee, who is.....awesome! Wait no not like that though. ((....d'you think I should put Panth in one of the title/career matches? If he's not on B8 and has admitted to not really following much these days and it would fit his arc and we're short on logical non-B8 contenders......hm.)) -Match: Bryan and Panth v. MLMF (Truth and Ludwig) Special referee: Lift (Stormlight Chronicles) Panth hits a suicide dive on MLMF before they get to the ring. Lift decides that eh, if they can't even get to the ring, they probably shouldn't be fighting! Winners by ridiculous DQ: Panth/Bryan -MLMF are absolutely incensed, and actually kinda have a right to be for once! This isn't over! -John Peters (you know, the farmer) is backstage telling Mario he's gonna get his just desserts tonight finally! He talks about how much trouble Mario has been through lately and how much he deserves this. Mario is feeling relaxed and loose- perhaps a bit much so. -Mastery of Taybles: Champion @Eddv w/Caelus v. Mario Mario is finally fully cleared for action after his Rumble incident, and hoping to take the belt off the man who picked his bones at Mania! Eddv on the other hand would love to redeem his loss to Sultan. Mario starts with a bulldog out of the gate, but Eddv retaliates with a big slam. They're just trading slams back and forth in there! Eddv finally decides to fight smarter instead of harder, and plants a boot in Mario's gut. Mario shakes it off and chucks Eddv out of the ring! Eddv is flattened by the landing. Mario works up the crowd, but here comes Caelus! Caelus smashes a bottle over Mario's head, and he stumbles forward...over the ropes....and t'rew a ringside tayble! Eddv is still struggling to find his feet, but that counts as a win, I guess! Winner and STILL MoT: Eddv -Mario grabs a mic after Eddv limps backstage with the title. He's almost glad he lost, because now....he's all free to put his career on the line against Kora!
