I don't know why people have so much upsetti in their spagetti about xp sharing.Some people like to EV train their pokemon and having XP share on always prevents you from getting stronger pokemon. If you have a pokemon that rarely battles and gets leveled mostly by XP share, it will be weaker than a pokemon who has killed say... a whole bunch of pokemon that yield Speed EVs. It will be much faster than the same pokemon who just sat on the bench. You can still do this but you have to bank all your other pokemon. Or painstakingly farm feathers/vitamins. It's not like it would be hard to have an option to turn off the XP share for competitive players. --- Strong people stand up for themselves.
