Hillary had been built as a boogeyman since Bill's second term, and she was always a weak general election candidate. There's a reason why she, back before Iowa, would poll losing to almost Republican candidate except Trump and Cruz, and we saw what happened at the end. She was a weak candidate that pushed voters to not vote or vote third party or write in.
