Trialia 12/10/19 7:38:57 PM #6: | 999 here. Yes, quite a few times actually. I think I had to call for one of my father's heart attacks (he had four) when I was still living with him, and another time I called them when an older woman fainted in the street in front of me (I was in my wheelchair so I couldn't help get her up). It's fairly often that I've had it done for me, for whatever reason. I've had a lot of serious injuries etc... Aged 19 I had to be removed from my home on a stretcher as I couldn't get from sitting to standing or vice versa without sobbing in pain - that was 3 days after a nasty fall. Internal bruising across my lower back, and permanent nerve damage. 2012 I had severe cholecystitis & gallstones, had to be rushed to hospital screaming & put in the emergency surgical ward to get rid of my gall bladder ASAP, it was such a mess. I was in-patient 3 weeks that time. I have a community alarm now - the kind of thing you keep round your neck & press if you fall & can't get up or you need medical help? - and I've had to use that just once for real, so far, when I had a bout of flu so bad I couldn't stay conscious for more than a couple minutes at a time. The CA team called 999 on my behalf that time (I wound up in hospital on a drip for 2 days). --- Trialia ~ unfaithful-mirror.net PSN: Trialia_X, Xaedere (100%) | XBL: trialia, Noquelle (100%) ...
