I think the reasoning given for putting her at Mid Fodder was that there isn't a definitive design for her, and possible anti-votes based on the terrible Halle Berry version of Selina. I don't think she actually gets anti-voted for that (memeing on the basketball scene might actually help her). And I think her Dark Knight Rises, Arkham and Injustice designs and roles are similar enough to provide consistency for a pic.
