The articles of impeachment they drafted are literally "abuse of power" and "obstruction of Congress"?!?! First of all, neither of those are crimes to the average voter. I can't be arrested for "abusing power" or obstructing Congress. Secondly, think about the optics on this one. Congress is one of the least popular institutions in this country. Your average voter is going to read the headline and wonder what the hell the big deal is.
