No idea. My guess it would take longer than the DVD release, or else Disney would lose sales on those.

Hard to say there, honestly. Studios have been pushing for faster turnover from theaters/On Demand/DVD for a while now, in spite of the fact that it theoretically cuts into their own potential profits ("Why go see a movie in theaters when it will be on DVD in a month?"). It's really only the theaters pushing back that have kept it from being even faster than it is.

Disney having their own streaming service means they'll still profit from getting content on there (and encouraging subscriptions), in ways they didn't when it was just Netflix paying licensing fees. And studios have wanted a stronger emphasis on digital media for years, because it reduces their production costs and gives them more control over content (because YOU don't "own" it). They might actually see it a worthwhile trade-off to deliberately impair DVD sales in favor of stronger emphasis on direct digital/streaming rental.
