| Rika_Furude 12/09/19 9:46:12 PM #11: | Unfortunately i cant "get out" since i would need to move to another city to get a similar job to what i have now :/ Theyve technically been giving me more responsibility and even been increasing my pay to go along with it so it aint all bad. But they are only hurting themselves. I wont work harder than i am now, since that would only mean more hours I give them charts from our project management software, rough estimates of how long everything they want will take, rough estimates of things they dont know about, ask them what projects they want dropped and they say none. I ask for more staff and they say its not in the budget. /shrug --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
