He felt like the IW devs should lose their jobs for that game (but it's not okay to wish for Phil to lose his job), and Phil doesn't blame the devs EVER, except when he does (all the time). The Lion King stream was full on clown mode. He was insufferable. Constantly telling everyone how much he loved the music, and extremely over the top reactions like "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" and "CAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM AAAAAAAAHHHHNNNN". Phil also didn't want people to feel bad for him, after he guilt tripped people into donating, because contributions were slow again. So basically he is saying people shouldn't give him money while asking for money. I don't think Phil is actually trying to lie anymore, nor doing it on purpose. He just talks like this.
